Role Description The Project Coordinator – Interiors is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur. This role oversees interior projects from initiation to completion, including scheduling, coordinating with designers, contractors, and vendors, and ensuring work aligns with design specifications and client expectations. Daily responsibilities include managing project timelines, tracking budgets and resource allocation, preparing documentation and reports,



and supporting site supervision to ensure quality and safety standards. The Project Coordinator – Interiors also assists with client communication, organizes meetings and approvals, and helps resolve project issues to keep deliverables on track.
Qualifications
Ability to coordinate interior design projects, including scheduling, workflow tracking, and in office supervision.
Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with clients, designers, contractors, and vendors.
Basic understanding of interior design principles, materials, finishes, and construction processes.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); familiarity with project management or design tools is an advantage.
