Role Description The Sales Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. This role involves identifying and pursuing recent business opportunities, managing existing customer relationships,



and promoting Metalex refrigeration products and solutions to industrial clients. The Sales Specialist will conduct product presentations and demonstrations, prepare quotations and proposals, and participate in contract negotiations in coordination with internal stakeholders. Daily activities include responding to customer inquiries, collaborating with technical and project teams to understand client requirements, and ensuring timely follow-up and closure of sales leads. The role also includes maintaining accurate sales records, contributing to sales forecasting, and supporting customer training and after-sales service coordination as needed.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and active listening.
Candidates should possess Customer Service skills, with a focus on relationship building, responsiveness, and issue resolution.
