Key Responsibilities
Recruit, onboard, and manage affiliates.
Build and maintain solid relationships with affiliates.
Monitor affiliate performance and ensure policy compliance.
Provide support, marketing tools, and promotional creatives.
Analyze campaign performance and prepare reports.
Work closely with the Sales and Business teams.
Identify opportunities to improve affiliate campaigns and partnerships.

Requirements
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Basic knowledge of Affiliate Marketing.
Good written and spoken English.
Basic knowledge of MS Word and Excel.
Experience with ad or affiliate networks will be an added advantage.
