Role Purpose
To drive sales, market development, and customer acquisition for GFRP Rebar, GFRP Mesh and related GFRP reinforcement solutions within the assigned region. The role will focus on developing recent business opportunities, building relationships with consultants, developers, contractors and infrastructure companies, and establishing GFRP as a technically and commercially viable alternative to conventional steel reinforcement.
Key Responsibilities1. Sales & Business Development
Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets for the assigned region.
Identify and develop new customers, projects and business opportunities.
Generate leads through direct meetings, networking, references, exhibitions and industry events.
Develop the regional sales pipeline and ensure consistent order conversion.




Prepare and execute territory-wise sales and business development plans.
Track competitors, market pricing, products and ongoing projects.
2. Project & Key Account Development
Identify upcoming projects where GFRP can replace or complement steel reinforcement.
Develop relationships with developers, EPC contractors, consultants, architects, structural consultants and project management companies.
Engage with decision-makers at corporate and project levels.
Drive GFRP specifications and approvals at the design stage.
Follow projects from lead generation through technical approval, commercial negotiation and order execution.
Develop and manage key accounts within the assigned territory.
3. Technical Sales
Understand GFRP Rebar, Mesh and related reinforcement applications.
Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations for customers.
