Your impact
Responsibilities
− Lead medium to large scale projects from initiation through closure, ensuring successful delivery against business objectives, timelines, budget, scope and quality targets.
− Manage project plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, issues and stakeholder expectations across multiple business functions.
− Drive governance, decision-making processes and project reporting to ensure transparency and effective project execution.
− Partner closely with stakeholders within GBS and across the global organization to align priorities and achieve desired business outcomes.
− Support and drive the OneGBS approach across the organization by promoting collaboration, standardization and knowledge sharing.
− Analyze project status and proactively recommend adjustments to scope, schedule, resources or budget as needed.
− Facilitate collaboration across cross-functional teams and ensure effective communication between all project participants.
Communicate project status, risks, dependencies, accomplishments and key decisions to senior
stakeholders and leadership teams.
− Lead change-related activities supporting successful adoption of project outcomes and sustainable business value realization.
− Manage relationships with external partners and vendors, when applicable.
− Mentor less experienced project team members and contribute to continuous improvement of project management practices and standards.
Here's what you'll need
Qualifications/Competences/Work Experience
− Master’s degree in project management, IT, Finance, Accounting (or in related field)
− 5+ years of progressive experience international and matrixed org
