Role Description
Apparel Resources is looking for an HR Manager to join our team in New Delhi. This full-time, in office role will oversee the company’s HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training, compensation, and benefits. The HR Manager will ensure compliance with employment laws, promote a positive work environment, and support strategic HR initiatives aligned with business goals.

Key responsibilities include:
Managing recruitment processes, from sourcing to onboarding.




Handling employee relations and conflict resolution.
Implementing performance management and development programs.
Administering compensation and benefits.
Ensuring compliance with employment laws and HR policies.
Collaborating with leadership on strategic HR planning.

Qualifications
Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws.
Experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, and employee relations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in performance management and employee development.
Familiarity with compensation and perks administration.
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) preferred.
