We are looking for enthusiastic and results-oriented Academic Counsellors to join our team in Coimbatore. The role involves connecting with students and parents, understanding their academic requirements, providing appropriate course guidance, and converting prospective leads into enrollments.
Key Responsibilities
•Connect with prospective students and parents through calls and other communication channels.
•Understand students' academic goals, requirements, and career aspirations.
•Provide counselling and detailed information about relevant courses and programs.
•Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication throughout the admission journey.
•Handle student and parent queries and provide appropriate solutions.
•Achieve individual and team-based enrollment/sales targets.
•Maintain accurate lead details and follow-ups in the CRM.
•Build strong relationships with students and parents to improve conversions.
•Coordinate with the academic and sales teams to ensure a smooth enrollment process.
Requirements
•Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
•Proficiency in Tamil is mandatory.
•Prior experience in telecalling, academic counselling, inside sales, or education sales is preferred.
•Freshers with strong communication and convincing skills can also apply.
•Candidates who can join immediately will be preferred.
