About the Role
The Engineering Manager demonstrates deep business, industry, and product knowledge to ensure the success of our customers by effectively managing a team of Engineers and Architects. We're looking for technically strong, energetic, highly collaborative, and passionate leaders to lead our software engineering teams.

Your Impact
* Drive execution and delivery of features by collaborating with multi-functional teams, architects, product owners, and engineers
* Make critical decisions that contribute to the success of the product
* Proactively foresee and resolve issues before they happen
* Run daily stand-ups as Scrum Master for engineering teams
* Partner with Product Owners to align on objectives, priorities, tradeoffs, and risk
