As an Associate Matchmaker, you will work closely with individuals and families navigating one of the most important decisions of their lives.
Your role will go far beyond recommending profiles. You will understand your clients deeply, identify meaningful compatibility, guide conversations, manage expectations, and become a trusted relationship advisor throughout their matchmaking journey.
This role is ideal for someone who is naturally curious about people, listens beyond what is being said, communicates exceptionally well, and genuinely enjoys helping others make significant decisions.
What You’ll Do
Build trusted relationships with clients and their families.
Understand their expectations, preferences, personality, lifestyle, values, and family dynamics in depth.




Curate meaningful matches based on compatibility rather than simply matching profiles on basic preferences.
Present and explain potential matches with strong reasoning and attention to detail.
Facilitate conversations and introductions between families and prospective partners.
Understand client feedback and continuously refine the matchmaking strategy.
Guide clients through uncertainty, expectations, conversations, and decision-making.
Handle sensitive conversations with maturity, empathy, and discretion.
Maintain detailed client records and interactions through CRM.
Work closely with the matchmaking team to deliver a highly personalized experience.
Think like a relationship advisor, not merely a coordinator.
