Role Description The Dispatch Head of Department is a full time, on-site role based in Mundra, responsible for overseeing all dispatch operations and ensuring timely,



accurate delivery of products to domestic and international customers. The role includes planning and scheduling dispatches, coordinating with production, warehouse, logistics, and sales teams, and maintaining dispatch documentation and records in line with company policies and regulatory requirements. The Dispatch Head of Department will monitor inventory levels for dispatch-ready materials, optimize transport utilization, and manage relationships with transporters, freight forwarders, and other logistics partners. The role also involves implementing and improving dispatch processes, tracking key performance metrics, addressing operational issues, and leading, mentoring, and training the dispatch team to maintain high safety, quality, and efficiency standards.
