Role Description The AR Specialist is responsible for managing and optimizing accounts receivable activities within Revian Global’s revenue cycle operations. This full time, on-site role is based in Una and focuses on tracking outstanding balances, monitoring payer and patient accounts, and ensuring timely collections. Day-to-day responsibilities include reviewing aging reports, following up on unpaid claims, reconciling invoices and payments, and coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve discrepancies. The AR Specialist will document collection efforts, escalate complex issues as needed, and support accurate reporting on AR performance. This role contributes directly to improved cash flow, reduced denials, and a more efficient billing and collections process for healthcare providers.
