Role Description The Social Media Content Creator is a full time, on-site role based in Navi Mumbai. This role involves planning, creating, and publishing engaging content across social media platforms to increase awareness of the Aegis Graham Bell Award and its initiatives.



Day-to-day responsibilities include developing content calendars, drafting posts, designing basic visual assets, and creating short-form videos or reels that highlight events, winners, and innovation stories. The individual will monitor platform performance, respond to audience comments and messages, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent brand messaging. The role also includes tracking content trends, preparing simple performance reports, and supporting live coverage during events and award functions.

Qualifications
Content creation and copywriting skills for social media posts, captions, and short-form storytelling.
Skills in visual content tools (e.g., Canva or similar), photo/video editing Cap cut, Da Vinci Resolve, Premiere Pro and an eye for design and layout.
Knowledge of major social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X/Twitter, YouTube) and familiarity with current digital trend
