Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer with 5+ years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions. The ideal candidate should have robust expertise in ITSM, Customer Service Management (CSM), Integration Hub, and modern CI/CD practices within the ServiceNow ecosystem. The candidate will be responsible for developing scalable solutions, integrating ServiceNow with enterprise applications, and supporting agile delivery methodologies.

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications and modules.
Implement and support ServiceNow ITSM processes including Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, Knowledge Management, and Request Management.
Develop and enhance Customer Service Management (CSM) solutions to improve customer service operations and case management.
Build integrations using Integration Hub,



Flow Designer, REST APIs, SOAP APIs, MID Server, and other integration technologies.
Develop workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, UI actions, Script Includes, and catalog items.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Implement and maintain ServiceNow DevOps and CI/CD pipelines using Application Repository, Source Control Integration, Update Sets, and deployment automation.
Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to ServiceNow development best practices.
Troubleshoot platform issues, perform root cause analysis, and provide production support.
Create technical documentation, design specifications, and knowledge articles.
Support platform upgrades, patching activities, and release management processes.
