Role Description The Service Advisor role at INDUS MOTORS CO. (P) LTD is a full-time, on-site position based in Kozhikode, Kannur, Kasargod, Wayanad and Malappuram. The Service Advisor will be responsible for greeting customers, understanding their vehicle concerns,



and preparing accurate job cards and service estimates. The role includes coordinating with the workshop team, monitoring service progress, and ensuring timely completion and delivery of vehicles. Daily tasks involve explaining recommended repairs, maintaining clear communication with customers, and addressing any service-related queries. The Service Advisor will also follow up on aftersales services, support warranty and service campaigns, and contribute to high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications
Strong customer orientation with skills in Customer Satisfaction, Customer-focused Service, and Customer Service.
