We are looking for a creative and execution-oriented Graphic Designer & Social Media Associate to help build and manage our digital presence across Instagram and LinkedIn.

Role Overview
You will be responsible for creating high-quality visual and video content and supporting the growth of First500days' social media presence.
This is a hands-on role where you will work closely with the founder and marketing team to turn ideas, insights, and business content into engaging social media content.

Key Responsibilities
Graphic Design
Create Instagram and LinkedIn posts, carousels, banners, thumbnails, and marketing creatives.
Convert ideas and written content into visually engaging designs.




Maintain consistency with First500days' brand identity.
Experiment with new creative formats and design styles.
Video & Reels
Create and edit Instagram Reels and short-form videos.
Edit founder videos, interviews, podcasts, and other content into engaging clips.
Add captions, transitions, animations, music, and other visual elements.
Create basic motion graphics where required.
Social Media
Support day-to-day management of Instagram & LinkedIn.
Create and publish social media content.
Research trends, topics, hooks, and content formats.
Maintain a content calendar.
Track content performance and suggest improvements.
Proactively suggest recent content ideas.

Key Skills Required
Graphic Design
Strong hands-on design skills.
Experience with Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, or similar tools.
Good understanding of typography, layout, composition, and visual hierarchy.
Video Editing
Experience with Premiere Pro, After Effects,
