Qualification:
BE/B. Tech + MBA/PGDM/MSW
Year of Graduation: 2026 or 2025
Requirement details:
Solid knowledge of Product Lifecycle Management; embedded systems knowledge preferred.
Plan, organize, staff, control, and execute project activities end-to-end.
Manage projects with full ownership of scope, budget, timeline, and quality standards.
Develop project plans aligning customer requirements with business goals.
Coordinate cross-functional teams including software, hardware, mechanical, cloud, and testing teams.
Track project progress, milestones, deliverables, and provide regular status reports.
Identify risks/issues proactively and drive solutions and process improvements.
Analyze project cost, ROI, and provide actionable recommendations.
Review and implement project changes in collaboration with stakeholders.
Ensure timely availability of project resources and materials.
Engage with customers and stay updated on industry trends to support future projects.
