The Change Management Specialist plays a critical role in ensuring strategic initiatives are successfully adopted across the organization.



This role is responsible for developing and executing enterprise change strategies that drive stakeholder alignment, leadership engagement, organizational readiness, communications, capability building, and long-term adoption. Success in this role requires balancing people, process, and business priorities to help organizations realize the full value of transformation investments.
What you’ll be doing
Lead Enterprise Change Strategy
Develop and execute end-to-end change strategies for enterprise transformation initiatives, ensuring successful adoption of new operating models, processes, technologies, and ways of working.
Integrate change management into program execution, aligning with business objectives, implementation roadmaps, and organizational priorities.
Drive Organizational Readiness and Adoption
Assess organizational readiness by identifying adoption risks, stakeholder impacts, capability gaps, and resistance, and implement mitigation plans to ensure business readiness.
