Key Responsibility
Develop and execute operational strategies aligned with Medigrad's growth objectives.
Create, implement, and optimize SOPs, workflows, dashboards, MIS, and reporting systems to improve operational efficiency.
Identify manual processes and implement automation to streamline workflows,



reduce turnaround time, improve accuracy, and enhance the learner experience.
Drive technology adoption across departments by digitizing operational processes, introducing productive systems, standardizing workflows, and training teams to effectively use new technologies.
Oversee the complete learner lifecycle from enrolment to certification, ensuring seamless academic operations.
Ensure timely delivery of live sessions, recorded modules, LMS activities, assignments, assessments, examinations, certifications, and adherence to academic calendars.
Monitor course quality, learner satisfaction, and implement continuous process improvements.
Lead and manage academic operations, learner support, academic coordination, and backend teams while fostering a culture of accountability and operational excellence.
Define KRAs/KPIs, conduct performance reviews, and recruit, train, mentor, and develop team
