Senior Associate | IP Practice

We are looking for a Senior Associate to join our IP Prosecution practice, with a focus on Trademarks, Copyright and Designs.

This is a substantive, client-facing role for someone ready to move beyond task execution and take end-to-end ownership of matters.

What you will work on:

Indian and international trademark prosecution, including Madrid filings
Copyright and design prosecution
Trademark and design searches and registrability advice
Office actions, hearings and provisional refusals
IP audits and portfolio strategy
Post-registration matters and IP recordals
Client coordination and matter management
Supervision and mentoring of junior team members

What we are looking for:

LL.B. from a recognised law school




3–5 years of relevant IP prosecution experience
Strong experience in Indian trademark, copyright and design practice
Exposure to international trademark matters, particularly the Madrid system
Solid drafting, research and client communication skills
Ability to independently manage matters and supervise junior lawyers
