Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and responsible Field Executive to manage field-level activities, vendor coordination, visitor management, and stakeholder communication. The role involves regular interaction with external parties and travel to different locations as required.

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate with vendors, service providers, visitors, and other external stakeholders.
Handle day-to-day field operations and ensure timely completion of assigned activities.
Coordinate vendor visits, service requests, follow-ups, and related requirements.
Manage visitor coordination and ensure a smooth visitor experience.
Visit vendor/client locations and other sites as required.
Act as a point of contact between internal teams and external stakeholders.
Follow up on pending vendor activities, services, and operational requirements.
Maintain relevant records, reports, invoices, and documentation.
Support administrative and operational activities as required.




Travel to different locations based on business requirements.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of field activities.

Requirements
Educational Qualification: Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
Candidates with a Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering will be preferred.
0–1 year of experience in field operations, vendor management, administration, or a related role.
Freshers with good communication and coordination skills are welcome to apply.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and follow-up skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and Excel.
Ability to interact professionally with vendors, visitors, clients, and stakeholders.
Willingness to travel based on business requirements.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
Proactive and solution-oriented approach.
