About the Role
We are looking for a energetic and result-oriented Corporate Sales / Business Development professional to drive new business, develop client relationships, and contribute to the company’s revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
Identify, prospect, and develop new corporate business opportunities.
Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, networking, references, LinkedIn, and other channels.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with corporate clients and key decision-makers.
Understand client requirements and handle enquiries related to corporate hotel stays, accommodation, group bookings, events, and other travel requirements.
Coordinate with internal operations, sourcing, and reservations teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
Maintain an updated pipeline of prospects, opportunities, and ongoing client requirements.
Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly revenue and business development targets.
Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling,



and repeat business from existing clients.
Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and corporate travel requirements.

Key Skills
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Excellent business development and relationship-management abilities.
Target-oriented with a strong focus on revenue generation and conversions.
Good understanding of B2B / corporate sales and travel or hospitality industry.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with internal teams.
Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, LinkedIn, and other sales platforms.

Experience
2–7 years of experience in Corporate Sales, Business Development, Travel, Hospitality, Hotels, MICE, or a related industry.
