Role Description The Engineer Shift In Charge is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida,



responsible for supervising and managing plant operations during assigned shifts. This role oversees the safe, efficient, and reliable running of power and renewable energy systems, including monitoring equipment performance, coordinating maintenance, and ensuring adherence to operating procedures and safety standards. The Engineer Shift In Charge will manage shift personnel, allocate tasks, and ensure effective communication between operations, maintenance, and project teams. Daily responsibilities include logging operational data, identifying and troubleshooting technical issues, supporting start-up and shut-down activities, and implementing guidelines for Green Hydrogen and associated power systems. The role also contributes to continuous improvement initiatives, supports compliance with regulatory and environmental requirements, and assists in execution of EPC project plans at the site.
