Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Management Trainee – Human Resources role based in Halol. The Management Trainee will support HR operations, including recruitment coordination,



onboarding processes, and maintaining employee records. Responsibilities include assisting with HR policies and procedures, supporting performance management and training initiatives, and helping organize employee engagement activities. The role involves coordinating with various departments, preparing HR reports and documentation, and ensuring compliance with company standards and relevant regulations. The trainee will work closely with senior HR team members to learn best practices and progressively take ownership of HR-related tasks.
