About the Role
We are looking for a Social Media & Influencer Marketing Lead to own and scale our organic brand presence across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and creator partnerships.

This is a high-ownership role combining social media management, content planning, influencer collaborations, and community growth. You will work closely with the Founder’s Office, Creative Team, and Performance Marketing Team to ensure Sadhna.co consistently creates engaging content and builds meaningful relationships with creators.

What You'll Do




Social Media Management
Own and manage Sadhna.co's Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube content calendar.
Plan and coordinate reels, posts, carousels, stories, launches, campaigns, and festive content.
Work closely with graphic designers, video editors, and content creators to ensure timely content execution.
Monitor content performance and recommend improvements based on engagement and reach metrics.
Stay updated with platform trends and identify opportunities for viral and relevant content.
Manage community engagement by coordinating comments, DMs, and audience interactions.
Influencer Marketing
Discover and onboard relevant nano and micro influencers (5K–200K followers) across devotional, lifestyle, home, mom, wellness, and spirituality niches.
Send daily outreach messages and maintain a healthy creator pipeline.
Negotiate and close barter and paid collaborations.
Coordinate product dispatches, creator briefs
