Job Description:
Mandatory Skills:
Pyhton Development + FastAPI/Flask/Django + Internal Developer Platforms(backstage/Harness) + GitHub Actions (GHA) + AKS/OCP/GCP

Extensive hands-on experience with Python-based platform engineering and product development, including:
Backend services development
Platform automation
Developer productivity tools
Enterprise integrations
Strong expertise with Python frameworks and engineering practices:
FastAPI / Flask for scalable API and microservice development
Django for web/platform application development
Strong experience in API architecture and development, including:
REST API design
API security and authentication
Service integrations
Advanced knowledge of GitHub Actions (GHA) and enterprise CI/CD platform engineering
Solid experience with Cloud Native engineering, preferably:
Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS)




OpenShift Container Platform (OCP)
Google Cloud Platform (GCP) or equivalent cloud platforms
Hands-on experience developing or managing Internal Developer Platforms (IDP) using:
Backstage (preferred)
Harness or equivalent developer experience platforms
Experience with AI-enabled Software Development Lifecycle (AI-SDLC / AIDLC) practices and integration of AI capabilities into engineering workflows (preferred)
Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC):
Terraform (preferred)
Ansible or equivalent automation frameworks
Understanding of enterprise security practices:
Security governance
Secrets management
Security tooling integrations (CyberArk, HashiCorp Vault, Chekmarxs, Mend, SonarQube, or equivalent)'

Ability to provide technical leadership, define platform architecture, mentor engineers, and drive developer productivity initiatives
