Role Overview
The candidate will be responsible for managing the possession process for residential/commercial real estate projects, ensuring seamless customer handover, documentation, coordination with internal departments, and delivering a superior customer experience. The role requires solid coordination, customer handling, and post-sales management skills within the real estate sector.

Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end possession and handover activities for customers.
Coordinate with Sales, Projects, Legal, Finance, and Facility Management teams for timely possession closures.
Ensure all possession-related documentation and compliance are completed accurately.
Schedule and manage customer possession appointments and site visits.
Address customer queries, escalations, and concerns related to possession and post-possession services.
Maintain MIS reports, possession trackers, and customer databases.
Ensure collection of pending dues before possession handover.
Coordinate snag rectification and ensure readiness of units before handover.




Support registration and agreement execution processes wherever applicable.
Maintain high customer satisfaction through effective communication and relationship management.
Prepare periodic reports on possession status, customer feedback, and pending issues.
Ensure adherence to company SOPs and RERA compliance norms.
Required Skills & Competencies
Strong understanding of CRM and possession processes in real estate.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong coordination and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to handle customer escalations professionally.
Knowledge of property documentation and handover formalities.
Proficiency in MS Excel, CRM software, and MIS reporting.
Good organizational and multitasking skills.
Preferred Candidate Profile
Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline.
4–7 years of experience in CRM/Possession within the real estate industry.
Experience in residential or commercial project handover
