Role Description The Fashion Production Executive will oversee end-to-end garment production processes, ensuring that custom designs are translated into high-quality finished products. Responsibilities include coordinating with pattern makers, tailors, and vendors, managing production schedules, and monitoring quality at each stage of sampling and bulk production. The role involves tracking fabric and trim requirements, maintaining inventory for ongoing orders, and resolving production issues to meet delivery timelines.



The Fashion Production Executive will collaborate closely with styling and sales teams to understand client specifications, update them on order progress, and ensure consistent fit and finish standards. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad.
Qualifications
Demonstrated experience in garment production, with a focus on menswear tailoring and bespoke or made-to-measure processes.
Strong knowledge of fabrics, trims, patterns, and garment construction techniques, including quality control standards.
Ability to manage production timelines, coordinate with internal teams and external vendors, and handle multiple orders simultaneously.
Proficiency in basic production documentation, order tracking, and inventory management tools or software.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with stylists, customers-facing teams, and workshop staff.
