We at Eight Network are creating long-form series and films. We have a slate of shows going into production this year, with the video app launch due soon.

The role: Own the creative execution of IPs. Envision, direct, edit and turn locked scripts into shows people watch twice. You will lead with a team of shot artists, AI creative technologists, editors and sound.

Must have
-4+ years directing fiction, ads, or independent narrative work (shorts, features, series)
-A solid visual storytelling instinct. A body of directed work we can watch
-Pre-visualised working method, with editing expertise
-Genuine openness to AI production as a craft. Tools can be learnt

Good to have
-Any hands-on generative work, informal works
