Role Description The Production Manager is responsible for overseeing end-to-end production operations to ensure products meet LIT’s quality standards and timelines. This full-time, in office role is based in Delhi, India and involves planning production schedules, managing resources, and coordinating with design, procurement, and quality teams. The Production Manager will monitor workflow on the shop floor, resolve operational issues, and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and consistency.



The role includes managing vendor and supplier relationships, tracking inventory levels, and supporting cost control initiatives. The Production Manager will also lead and train production staff, maintain safety and compliance standards, and provide regular reporting on production performance.

Experience in production planning, workflow management, and coordination across design, procurement, and quality functions.
