Role Description The Regional Sales Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad, responsible for driving sales performance and market growth in the assigned region. This role includes managing and mentoring a regional sales team, setting targets, monitoring performance, and providing regular sales reports and insights. The Regional Sales Manager will develop and execute regional sales strategies,



build and maintain strong relationships with key retail partners, distributors, and institutional customers, and identify recent business opportunities. Daily responsibilities also include conducting market visits, gathering competitive intelligence, coordinating with marketing and operations teams to ensure product availability and visibility, and supporting the launch of new furnishing and decor products in the region.
Qualifications
Strong sales and business development skills, including regional account management and market expansion experience.
Experience leading and coaching sales teams, with the ability to set goals, track performance, and drive accountability.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with retailers, distributors, and channel partners in consumer goods or home furnishings.
Proficiency in sales forecasting, reporting, and use of CRM or sales management tools.
