Incresco is a profitable technology company, and we are building a current product for hotels. It helps hotels improve the guest experience and grow revenue from the guests already staying with them. This is the first commercial hire for it.

Your job is to sign hotels in Bangalore.

You own Bangalore. We hand you a researched starting list - qualified hotels, owner contacts where we have them, ranked by fit. It is a head start, not a guarantee, and part of your first month is telling us what is wrong with it. Opening the doors is yours, and most of it is cold.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Get meetings with hotel owners and general managers - mostly cold, mostly in person. The target research is done for you; the outreach is not.
• Understand where each hotel is leaking guest revenue, and show them.
• Demo the product and handle the objections that come with it.
• Close, and stay involved until the hotel is live and the front desk is actually using it.

WHY THIS ROLE

• First commercial hire. You grow with the function as it builds.
• Your first hotels sign as pilot partners,



before the product is public.
• You will be selling against OTA commissions rather than defending them.
• Direct line to the founders. Decisions take hours, not quarters.
• Fixed salary plus commission on hotels signed and live.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• 3-6 years in sales, with a track record you can talk through deal by deal. You have personally carried a number and personally closed.
• You come from the hotel industry - hotel sales, signing independents onto a platform, or selling software and services into hotels.
• You understand how a hotel makes money - occupancy, ADR, ancillary revenue, OTA commissions - well enough to argue with an owner about it.
• English, plus Kannada, Tamil or Hindi.
• Based in Bangalore, out at properties most days.

One thing that matters more than the CV: most of what we sell, the hotel does not yet know it needs. That is different from selling rooms to a corporate who is
