Role Description This is a full-time, in office CA Article Assistant role based in Delhi, India. The Article Assistant will support audit and assurance engagements, including statutory audits, tax audits, internal audits, and compliance reviews under supervision of senior team members. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing working papers,



documenting audit findings, assisting in finalization of accounts, and ensuring accurate maintenance of financial records. The role involves supporting direct and indirect tax compliance, including return preparation, documentation, and basic tax research. The Article Assistant will also assist in drafting reports, communicating with clients for information and clarifications, and contributing to various consulting and advisory assignments while adhering to professional standards and deadlines.
Qualifications

Currently pursuing Chartered Accountancy (registered with ICAI as an Article Assistant) with a strong academic foundation in accounting, auditing, taxation, and corporate laws.
Solid understanding of financial accounting principles, bookkeeping, preparation of financial statements, and basic knowledge of Ind AS/Accounting Standards.
