Role Description
The ERP Accountant will work directly at client premises across Patna, Siwan, and other locations across Bihar to implement and manage accounting and payroll operations within ERP systems. This contract role involves setting up accounting workflows, processing payroll, managing statutory compliance, and ensuring accurate financial records across client organizations. The role also includes data migration, ERP configuration, client training, and ongoing support to optimize financial processes.



This is a field-oriented role that requires regular travel to client locations across Bihar.
Qualifications
Strong knowledge of financial accounting, payroll processing, and general ledger management.
Experience implementing or working with ERP systems for accounting and payroll operations.
Proficiency in Tally Prime, Busy, QuickBooks, or similar accounting software, along with advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
Hands-on experience with salary processing, employee advances, PF, ESI, TDS, GST, and statutory compliance.
Ability to migrate financial data, configure ERP masters, and establish accounting workflows.
Experience reconciling bank statements, managing accounts payable and receivable, and preparing financial reports.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently at client premises.
