TPA & Business Development Manager

Job summary
The TPA & Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth, building corporate and institutional partnerships, and managing TPA, insurance, and healthcare partner relationships for Mardamed Healthcare Pvt. Ltd. The role focuses on expanding patient footfall for advanced radiology, diagnostics, health check-ups, doctor consultations, sample collection, vaccination, dental care, therapy, pharmacy, and related healthcare services while ensuring smooth coordination, documentation, billing support, and partner satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
TPA, Insurance & Institutional Coordination
· Establish, maintain, and strengthen relationships with TPAs, insurance companies, corporates, hospitals, clinics, and healthcare institutions.
· Drive empanelment, agreement renewals, service-rate negotiations, and documentation for TPA and insurance partnerships.
· Coordinate requirements related to cashless, reimbursement, pre-authorization, approvals, billing support, and claim documentation for eligible healthcare services.




· Act as the key relationship point for partner escalations, claim-related queries, patient coordination issues, and service fulfilment concerns.

Business Development
· Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets through direct sales, corporate tie-ups, referral channels, insurance partnerships, and institutional alliances.
· Promote Mardamed Healthcare services including advanced radiology, MRI, CT, ultrasound, X-ray, lab tests, health check-ups, doctor consultations, sample collection, vaccination, dental care, therapy, pharmacy, and preventive healthcare packages.
· Identify and convert recent business opportunities with corporates, HR teams, RWAs, schools, hospitals, clinics, doctors, diagnostic centres, insurance companies, and TPAs.
· Build referral networks and partner pipelines to increase patient inflow, package sales, and repeat business.
