As an Odoo Functional Consultant, you will be responsible for understanding client business requirements, recommending suitable Odoo ERP solutions and ensuring successful implementation. You will work closely with clients, developers and project managers to configure Odoo modules, prepare functional specifications, conduct testing and provide end-user training and post-implementation support.
Responsibilities :
Gather and analyze client business requirements and translate them into functional solutions.
Conduct business process analysis and recommend ERP best practices.
Configure standard Odoo modules based on business needs.
Prepare Functional Requirement Documents (FRD) and detailed process flows.
Coordinate with the development team for customizations and integrations.
Perform gap analysis and propose suitable Odoo solutions.
Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and validate system functionality.
Deliver end-user training and prepare user manuals.
Provide implementation, go-live and post-deployment support.
Manage client communication and ensure timely project delivery.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and ERP optimization.
Stay updated with the latest Odoo features and functional enhancements.
Requirements :
3 - 5 years of experience as an Odoo Functional Consultant or ERP Functional Consultant.
Strong knowledge of Odoo ERP modules such as Sales, CRM, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, Manufacturing, HR and Project.
Experience in requirement gathering, business analysis and ERP implementation.
Ability to create functional specifications and business process documentation.
Experience conducting UAT, user training and client workshops.
Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills.
Robust analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Willingness to work from our Ahmedabad office (On-site only).
