Role Description The Performance Marketer will support the planning, execution, and optimization of performance-driven marketing campaigns, with a strong focus on Google and meta ads and other digital channels. This on-site role, based in Coimbatore, involves assisting in campaign setup, monitoring key metrics,



and analyzing data to improve conversion rates and ROI. The skilled will collaborate closely with content and branding teams to align paid and organic efforts, test new growth experiments, and refine audience targeting. Day-to-day tasks include tracking performance dashboards, preparing reports, conducting competitor and market research, and suggesting data-backed improvements to landing pages, funnels, and messaging. This is an internship role, offering hands-on experience in performance marketing within a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.
