About the Role

Recnaile Private Limited is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Senior Digital Marketing Executive to lead digital marketing activities, strengthen our technology brand, and generate qualified B2B leads across domestic and international markets.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute digital marketing and B2B lead-generation strategies.
Manage LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other digital channels.
Plan and optimize Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
Drive SEO, SEM, website traffic, and organic lead generation.
Create and manage technical content, blogs, social media posts, email campaigns, case studies, and product content.
Manage email marketing, lead nurturing, CRM, and marketing automation.
Track and analyze leads, CPL, conversions, campaign ROI, website traffic, and SEO performance.
Prepare weekly/monthly marketing reports and provide actionable insights.




Work closely with the Sales team to generate, qualify, and convert marketing leads.
Develop brand presence in Drone/UAV, Electronics, EMS, PCB, Engineering, Manufacturing, and Technology sectors.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Engineering, or related field.
4–8 years of hands-on experience in Digital Marketing.
Robust experience in B2B marketing and lead generation.
Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, SEO, SEM, and Email Marketing.
Knowledge of Google Analytics, Search Console, CRM, and marketing automation tools.
Strong analytical, communication, content-writing, and campaign-management skills.
Ability to independently manage marketing campaigns and deliver measurable results.

Preferred Skills

Experience in B2B Technology / Engineering / Manufacturing.
LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
Canva / Adobe tools.
Video editing and website/CMS knowledge.
