About The Role:
We're looking for a SAAS Delivery & Growth Manager to be the primary point of contact for our customers from product demos through onboarding and into ongoing usage. We’ll help convert a few early relationships from our existing network into customers, then own onboarding, adoption, and ongoing success for our full customer base. Over time, you'll also help bring in recent clients through warm introductions and referrals. This isn't a quota-carrying sales role - it's a customer success role with a light, relationship-driven growth component.

What will you do :
Help convert a few clients from our existing network in the first few months, working closely with founders on outreach and demos
Run product demos for prospective customers coming through warm intros, referrals, or existing relationships
Once a deal is closed, own delivery planning: work backward from the agreed go-live date to build a day-by-day delivery plan and keep it on track
Run daily scrum/stand-up calls with the internal delivery team from deal closure through go-live




Own end-to-end onboarding for new customers: account setup, configuration, initial training
Be the ongoing point of contact for your customer portfolio - check-ins, adoption support, renewals
Triage customer-reported issues: distinguish user error, configuration gaps, and genuine product bugs before escalating
Translate customer pain points and feature requests into clear, prioritized input for the Product team
Ensure customer onboarding and data handling follows our data compliance and security protocols (e.g., data privacy requirements, access controls, client-specific compliance asks like GDPR where applicable)
Flag any customer-side compliance, security, or data-risk concerns to the right internal team promptly
Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM

What we are looking for:
At least 2 years of experience in a customer-facing B2B SaaS role - Customer Success, Onboarding, Implementation, Account Management, or sim
