Urban Raga Music School is looking for a young, disciplined, organised and proactive Customer Relations Officerwho can handle customer enquiries and coordinate day-to-day activities between students, parents, teachers, vendors and our operations team.
Key Responsibilities
Handle new enquiries through phone, WhatsApp and walk-ins
Communicate professionally with students and parents
Follow up on enquiries, trials and admissions
Coordinate with teachers regarding classes, schedules and student requirements
Coordinate with vendors and follow up until assigned work is completed
Support the planning and execution of school examinations, events and student recitals
Prepare and manage schedules, checklists and follow-ups
Maintain proper records and provide regular updates to the management
Support general centre operations and administration




Take ownership of assigned responsibilities and ensure timely execution
Who Can Apply?
Fresh graduates, freshers and interns are welcome
Candidates staying in or around Kalyan Nagar, Banaswadi and nearby areas will be preferred
Positive communication and interpersonal skills
Disciplined, punctual and responsible
Strong organising and follow-up skills
Comfortable speaking with parents, students, teachers and vendors
Basic knowledge of computers, email, WhatsApp and Google/Microsoft productivity tools
Willingness to learn and take ownership
Added Advantage
Basic knowledge or interest in AI tools such as ChatGPT and other productivity/automation tools will be an added advantage. Prior experience is not mandatory.
Experience in a school, education institute, music academy, customer service, front office or administration is helpful, but freshers with the right attitude and execution capability are equally encouraged to apply.
