Role Description The Branch Manager is a full time, on-site role based in Perintalmanna, responsible for overseeing daily clinic operations and ensuring a smooth, efficient patient experience. This role includes supervising front-office and support staff, managing schedules, coordinating with dental professionals, and maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment. The Branch Manager monitors financial performance, assists with budgeting, and ensures proper handling of billing and patient records. They implement clinic policies,



support compliance with healthcare regulations, and resolve operational or patient service issues. The role also involves local marketing initiatives, building community relationships, and supporting staff development through coaching and performance feedback.
