About the Role
Dhanguard is looking for a tech-savvy and detail-oriented Operations Executive to manage our CRM and support day-to-day sales operations.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with CRM systems, data, reporting, processes, and problem-solving and can work comfortably with both technical and non-technical teams.
You will be responsible for keeping our CRM efficient and accurate, supporting sales teams with reporting and performance tracking, and identifying opportunities to improve operational processes.

Key Responsibilities
CRM Management
Manage the CRM system, including data entry, data hygiene, pipelines, workflows, dashboards, and reports.
Configure and maintain CRM fields, processes, and workflows as business requirements evolve.
Identify and troubleshoot CRM issues and coordinate with internal teams or vendors for resolution.
Support integrations with email, WhatsApp, calling systems, and other business tools.




Train sales team members on CRM usage and ensure proper data entry and process compliance.

Sales Operations & Reporting
Track daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance and pipeline metrics.
Monitor targets, follow-ups, conversions, and team performance.
Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and presentations for management.
Support incentive and performance tracking.
Coordinate between sales teams and leadership to ensure smooth reporting and communication.
Proactively identify gaps and highlight operational issues.

Process & General Operations
Identify opportunities to improve CRM utilization and operational efficiency.
Help automate repetitive processes and improve workflows.
Act as a bridge between technology/tools and business teams.
Support ad-hoc operational requirements and projects.
