Job Description : Legal Executive – Land & Infra
Ultra Corpotech Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced and result-oriented Legal Executive to join our Land & Infra Department in Pune.

Key Responsibilities
Handle legal matters related to real estate, property, litigation and non-litigation.
Conduct legal due diligence, title searches and title verification for properties proposed for acquisition.
Review and verify 7/12 extracts and other revenue records.
Coordinate with Revenue Authorities, Sub-Registrar Offices and other government departments.
Prepare preliminary property notes, title reports and legal opinions.
Coordinate with Bank Panel Advocates for legal opinions related to project approvals and project finance.
Draft, review and negotiate MOUs, Joint Development Agreements, Lease Deeds, Agreements for Sale, Sale Deeds, POAs, Procurement Agreements and other property-related documents.




Support Leasing and Operations teams in reviewing and finalizing legal clauses.
Manage agreement execution, stamp duty, registration and related compliance.
Maintain and update land records and ensure timely completion of legal documentation.
Candidate Profile
LL.B. graduate with 7–8+ years of relevant experience, preferably in the Real Estate / Land & Infra sector.
Proven experience in handling individual land acquisition projects from initiation to completion.
Strong knowledge of property laws, revenue matters and real estate documentation.
Experience in handling both litigation and non-litigation property matters.
Excellent communication skills in English and Marathi.
Robust coordination, analytical and problem-solving skills with a solution-oriented approach.
