We are seeking a Qualified Chartered Accountant to lead financial planning, statutory compliance, taxation, budgeting, audits, financial reporting, and financial controls across all branches and project sites.
Job Summary
The Chartered Accountant will be responsible for managing the company's overall financial operations, ensuring statutory and regulatory compliance, maintaining robust financial controls, supporting business growth through financial analysis, and providing strategic financial guidance to management.
Key Responsibilities1. Financial Management




Oversee end-to-end accounting and financial operations across all branches.
Finalize monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Ensure accurate maintenance of books of accounts in compliance with applicable Accounting Standards.
Review and approve accounting entries, reconciliations, and financial reports.
Monitor cash flow, working capital, and fund utilization.
Ensure timely closure of accounts and financial reporting.
2. Budgeting & Financial Planning
Prepare annual budgets, business plans, and financial forecasts.
Monitor budget utilization and conduct periodic variance analysis.
Prepare project-wise and branch-wise profitability reports.
Support management in strategic financial planning and cost optimization.
Identify financial risks and recommend corrective measures.
3. Taxation & Statutory Compliance
Ensure timely compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, ROC, and other applicable stat
