About Position:

We are looking for a Salesforce Developer with 5 to 8 years of experience in designing, developing, and implementing solutions on Salesforce Health Cloud and Service Cloud platforms. The candidate will deliver scalable, high-quality solutions while collaborating with business stakeholders, architects, QA teams, and other developers.

What You'll Do:

Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, and Salesforce APIs.
Configure and customize Salesforce Health Cloud and Service Cloud to meet business requirements.
Develop and support patient/member management, care plans, provider management, and healthcare workflows within Health Cloud.
Implement and enhance case management, omnichannel routing, knowledge management, and service automation in Service Cloud.
Integrate Salesforce with external applications using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware platforms.
Participate in requirements gathering, technical design,



development, testing, deployment, and production support activities.
Perform code reviews, troubleshoot production issues, and contribute to Agile/Scrum delivery activities.

Expertise You'll Bring:

5 to 8 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
Strong expertise in Apex, SOQL, SOSL, Triggers, Batch Apex, Queueable Apex, and Lightning Web Components.
Hands-on experience with Salesforce Health Cloud and Service Cloud implementations.
Experience with Flows, Process Automation, Validation Rules, Profiles, Permission Sets, and Sharing Models.
Knowledge of Salesforce integration patterns, APIs, Git-based source control, CI/CD processes, Salesforce security, and governor limits.
Preferred certifications include Salesforce Platform Developer I/II, Salesforce Health Cloud Accredited Professional, or Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant.
