About the Role: Manages end-to-end procurement for beauty SKUs (perfumes, hair extensions, related products). Reports to Commercial Head, works closely with Beauty Product Head on sourcing, sampling, and launches.
Key Responsibilities:
Vendor & manufacturer management (domestic/international)
BIS, ingredient-safety & labelling compliance
Costing, MOQ, lead-time negotiation
Raw material & packaging procurement
Vendor quality tracking & QC resolution
Procurement performance reporting
Requirements:
10–12 years’ experience in beauty/cosmetics procurement
Knowledge of BIS & compliance standards
Robust vendor negotiation & launch coordination skills
Experience in raw material & packaging sourcing
Preferably with fragrance/hair-extension supply chain exposure
Qualifications: Bachelor’s in Supply Chain/Business; Cosmetic Science/Chemistry background is a plus
