About the Role

We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and responsible Operations Associate who will work closely with the Owner and COO to ensure smooth coordination, execution, follow-ups, and day-to-day operational efficiency across the organization.

This role will act as a central point of contact between the management and organisation, ensuring that important tasks, decisions, projects, and priorities are properly communicated, followed up, and executed within timelines.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication, coordination, follow-up, problem-solving, documentation, and organizational skills, along with the ability to take ownership and work independently.

This is a high-responsibility coordination role that requires someone who can understand management priorities, convert them into actionable tasks, track progress, identify bottlenecks, and keep the Owner and COO updated.





Key Responsibilities

1. Management Coordination & POC

Act as the primary Point of Contact (POC) between the management and organisation.
Understand management priorities and ensure they are communicated clearly to the concerned teams.
Coordinate with department heads and team members on tasks assigned by the Owner or COO.
Follow up on significant assignments and ensure timely completion.
Maintain visibility of ongoing tasks, projects, deadlines, and pending actions.
Escalate delays, issues, and bottlenecks to the Owner/COO at the appropriate time.
Ensure that important management instructions are properly understood and executed.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive business and management information.

2. Daily Operations Coordination

Monitor day-to-day operational activities across departments.
Coordinate between teams to ensure smooth workflow and timely execution.
Identify operational gaps
