We are looking for a hands-on Finance & Compliance Executive to manage day-to-day financial
operations of a growing startup. The role requires strong execution skills in accounting, payroll, statutory
compliance, and coordination with external auditors and consultants.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage day-to-day accounting, financial reporting, MIS, reconciliations, and cash flow.
• Ensure timely statutory and tax compliance, including GST, TDS, income tax, PF, ESI, and other applicable requirements.
• Support payroll processing and labour law compliance.
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation for audits and regulatory requirements.
• Ensure adherence to internal financial controls, policies, and corporate governance standards.
• Coordinate with auditors, chartered accountants, consultants, and internal stakeholders.
• Monitor client billing, vendor/publisher payments, receivables,



and financial reconciliations.
• Support budgeting, financial planning, and management reporting.
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in finance, accounting, or commerce.
• 5+ years of experience in finance and accounting.
• Experience in the affiliate marketing or digital marketing industry preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software/ERP.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software such as Tally, Zoho Books, SAP, QuickBooks, or similar ERP/accounting platforms.
