We are at $2.5Mn+ ARR, 1000+ beauty and wellness businesses on the platform, and a $6M Series A behind us. We are not starting out. But we are also nowhere close to where we want to be.

Zoca is building the growth infrastructure that small beauty and wellness businesses have never had access to. Online visibility, bookings, payments, customer retention, voice AI.

We want people who will think, challenge, ship, and own outcomes.

Why this role exists

There are roughly 8.5 million local service businesses in the United States. Almost every tool ever built for them helps run the business. Almost none of them brings anyone through the door.

Zoca is a growth system for those businesses, starting with beauty and wellness. More than 1,000 businesses use it today. We are backed by Accel, Elevation Capital, Better Capital, and GTM Fund. We are the only company in our category that sells growth itself. Everyone else sells booking and payments, which is a very different promise and a much easier one to keep.

That makes this role unusually direct.



What you spend has to come back as revenue somebody can point at.

What You Will Own

Paid acquisition end to end. Strategy input, daily operations, and budget allocation across Meta, Google, and YouTube.
Creative velocity. Enough tested variants every month that we actually learn something. You will not be making them yourself. We have a full time creative whose largest single output is your ad creative, so you are not going to be blocked on a freelancer.
The measurement stack. GA4, GTM, offline conversion imports, CRM hygiene, and one funnel dashboard leadership trusts. This is a deliverable, not a favor, and it is written into the role on purpose.
Landing page and funnel conversion, working with content and product.
Feeding paid data back into our outbound machine so that lead scoring gets sharper over time.
