Partner with the Director to develop and implement a strategic talent acquisition plan aligned with the University's vision, values, and long-term workforce requirements.
Work closely with administrative leaders to understand the unique talent requirements of different functions, advise on organization design where required, and recommend the most suitable hiring approach for each position.
Serve as a trusted talent advisor to hiring managers by evaluating candidates holistically and recommending individuals who best align with the University's culture, competencies, and future growth aspirations.
Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for critical and recurring positions through proactive networking, talent mapping, succession planning, and continuous engagement with prospective candidates.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with search consultants, recruitment partners, universities, skilled associations, industry bodies, and other talent providers to strengthen the University's access to high-quality talent.

and periodically update job descriptions in consultation with functional leaders to ensure clarity, relevance, and alignment with evolving organizational needs.
Support succession planning initiatives by identifying internal talent, maintaining succession pipelines for key roles, and partnering with stakeholders on talent development strategies.
Monitor recruitment metrics, including turnaround time, quality of hire, offer acceptance, and sourcing effectiveness, and implement measures to continuously improve recruitment efficiency.
Coordinate pre-boarding and onboarding activities to ensure a seamless transition and positive experience for all new employees.
Conduct comprehensive background verification, reference checks, and due diligence for prospective employees in accordance with university policies.
