Role Description The Growth Marketer will drive customer acquisition and engagement for Airtribe’s programs by designing and executing end-to-end growth campaigns. This full-time, on-site role in Bengaluru involves planning and running experiments across digital channels, optimizing funnels, and managing lead generation initiatives to increase qualified sign-ups.



Day-to-day work includes analyzing marketing and web analytics data, identifying growth opportunities, collaborating with product and content teams, and refining messaging based on user insights. The role also includes tracking performance metrics, reporting on campaign outcomes, and continuously iterating on growth strategies to support Airtribe’s fast-paced scaling.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess skills in Growth Marketing and Growth Hacking to plan, test, and optimize scalable acquisition and engagement strategies.
Candidates should possess skills in Marketing Analytics and Web Analytics to interpret data, track performance, and inform data-driven decisions.
